1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Skedulr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Skedulr provides homecare and domiciliary care management software for UK care providers, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling and rostering tools
• Visit management and tracking
• Digital care plans
• Invoicing and payroll features
• Mobile application for carers

3. Account Registration

To use Skedulr, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial. No payment information is required to start your trial.

4.2 Paid Subscription

After the trial period, you may subscribe to a paid plan. Pricing is per carer per month. Payment is due monthly in advance.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We will not access, use, or disclose your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Skedulr and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skedulr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Skedulr harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
